Land Surveyors

In the most basic terms, a land surveyor is needed when either a simple or detailed plan of an area is required.

Land surveys are frequently required during boundary disputes, before banks authorise a mortgage or if you re-mortgage or refinance your house. Other uses include when alterations are planned to be made to a certain area and producing up-to-date deeds for solicitors.

Put simply, land surveyors are the people who plot, measure and record the details of the land, so as to advise various parties on planning and construction.
